Sanctum Federal To Build And Execute Accruent’s Federal Sales Practice
Upon acceptance of a customized Federal Business Plan, Accruent selected Sanctum Federal to build and help execute their Federal Sales Practice throughout 2021.

Sanctum Federal plans to build the necessary Federal practice foundation and repeatable sales processes to reach their goals for lead generation and pipeline development for Accruent’s Data Insights product. Throughout this engagement, Sanctum Federal will focus on several federally-focused marketing and sales initiatives, including:
- Developing a go-to-market strategy for Accruent Data Insight (DI) products and services.
- Creating a process for outside sales reps to enhance their virtual and in-person DI presentations and demonstrations
- Refining content used on marketing messaging, emails, elevator pitch, website and other activities
- Facilitating meetings with end-customers, Federal partners and Federal System Integrators
